Logitech orbitz quickcam

My logitech quickcam chatters when the pc loads. Then it works fine. The chattering is annoying and logitech can't explain why. It is a $149 camera and I don't want it broken. Any suggestions? Joemanatee

All you can do in my opinion is uninstall the camera/software, reinstall both and use a different USB port. Very strange. Are you using a USB hub?
