Looking for software to stress test gpu,cpu,ram for win8

Ive been having a common occurrence error 4101 NVidia kernel display driver not working. I wanted to stress test my rig and see how it does or possibly find a defect or bad ram. any suggestions for applications that can stress test cpu/gpu and test for faulty ram that are compatible with windows 8 pro?

Thx a bunch. think I had the most fun with msi. I boosted my core/mem clock a little bit and kicked up my gpu fan speed. that's just what my rig needed. haven't had a NVidia kernel driver error yet.
