Micro ATX mobo work with ATX case?

Hi i think my case is a regular sized case. Its an E-machines T2200+ and i wanna replace the mobo with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813186092

If it a emachine it is most likely a micro atx mobo

Yes you Emachines is probably a Micro-ATX. If it is ATX, a micro-ATX motherboard will fit fine
