Whenever i try and run Microsoft Word / Excel etc i get the following error ->

yes i have re0install / reformat / windows microsoft updates etc etc and now have scratched all my head as much as possible.

I use Windows 7 x64 bit ultimate and have installed office 2007 on XP pro sp3 on the virtual machine and no issues there.
