Microsoft Office deal for $29.99. Problem, never got key

Hi can someone direct me to where to go for help? I ordered the bundle and I did not receive the key.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue. Put in my order yesterday, and the payment went through right away, but I haven't received any confirmation or product key from StackCommerce.
