I get to know from this forum that MS can send replacement CD with some fee. How should I contact them?(I do have the authentication sticker below my laptop)
My laptop freeze whenever I take out the external memory card(SD, Memory Stick etc). I already restore and update the card reader driver but problem still persist. Anyone encounter similar problem? What should I do?
