Modifying .raw

Hey, I know this isn't really hardware stuff, but I was wondering, is there any way or any program to edit or extract the contents of a .RAW file?

already use winrar. didn't work.

may i ask what this .raw file came from? it can be a disc image, and you'll need to burn it as suct\h or mount it on a virtual drive.
