MS Explorer opens in small box?

When i start my Internet Explorer it always opens as a very small box.
How can i get oit to open full screen every time?

When it opens in this small box, hold and drag the corners to a maximized position.

Then, when IE fills the entire screen Close and restart IE

It still opens in Restore size, but at least it covers the entire screen.

I have tried this and it works for exisiting site or one that is stored in favorities but if i want to open a new site it always opens in a small box???

Windows has been made to remember your folder and programs sizes and positions (for your benefit - lol)
Therefore you'll will need to adjust as you go along you'll eventually have most of the common ones where you want them.

This includes TaskManager. You'll know whenever someone has viewed TaskManager or not, because its default (restored) location is top left. Try Ctrl+Alt+Del to see where yours is. You can also drag the top toolbar (usually blue bar) on any folder to where you want it to be normally too.
