MSN problems, error 80072745

Hey, I really need some help, I have a problem with my msn, lately when I enter it gives me error 80072745. and I will be honest I don't really know anything about computers either. I don't really know what to do and it is really starting to tick me off... So can anyone please help me with that. I have tried to switch of my firewall and re-install ect ect but that isn't working..

Solution

In the end I found that it's a compatibility problem with certain anti-virus software and certain routers.

The way to solve this is to UNINSTALL the anti-virus software completely (switching it off will not work), reboot without any anti-virus software, and see if your Live MSN Messenger work. You should find that it logs in without any problem. If that is the case, use another anti-virus software.
