My computer needs upgrades

I have older computer.. what should I do? can u recommend pieces. also a monitor. should I get an entire new computer? tyty

Yes, any PC dating back to P4 era will likely need all parts replaced. Upgrades will hardly be noticeable and cost more than they are worth. I'd continue to use the P4 as is unless something breaks. I would only purchase parts to keep the machine working, if a new machine is not an option.

Upgrading any of those parts will pretty much mean upgrading all of them. and you cant really do that well for $250, I mean you can get modern parts but they will be fairly crappy.
Maybe someone can come up with a nice APU build for you. Seems like your best bet.
