My games are messing up! Help!

Alot of my games are acting buggy. I used to run most of these games perfectly before the issues started. Screen shots are posted as well as systemspecs.

What have you done before they started acting up?

I can't see the pic, so I don't know what it was. Also, make sure you update your graphics card driver, and make sure you have no programs (AV, Norton, etc.) running. If that doesn't work, tell me what you did before it messed up.

Well one day I just opened up gametap to play psychonaughts and it just f***ed up.
 
Have you updated your Video Drivers?? Also, it could be an issue with Gametap. Have you contacted them?
 
Well yes i have updated them. And it is not just gametap, it is various games. Am I using the wrong drivers???
