Sounds good but also check Neweggs prices. And 4 gigs of RAM is too much unless you're going to use a 64bit OS. 32 OS's can only see about 3 gigs because of the way they handle memory addressing.

Vista comes in both 32bit and 64bit versions just as Windows XP does as well.
