My hard drive is not accessible

Please help me to over come in situation .....
I was running chkdsk on desktop hard drive and before completing it computer was shutdown when it was on 60% now my hard drive is not accessible in any system....could some one can help me how to do again chkdsk utility ?

I will appreciate prompt reply.

Hey manohrp What OS is your system running, XP, Vista, Win7 ?
When you say it was shutdown, how was it shutdown?
Do you get any error message when you start up the system?.
What is the last thing you see on the screen?.
