Inactive My laptop says everything is infected

i have some form of virus that whenever i click an application a window pops up that says it wont run because the program is infected and redirects me to antispytag.com.
Whenever i open any internet browser a warning comes up saying the site is dangerous and redirects me to antispytag.com again. I have restarted in safe mode and restarted with original boot configuration just so i can run malwarebytes. I ran a full scan and it came up with no dangerous programs. Any suggestions to what i should do?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.

i solved the problem by running a system restore after restarting in original boot configuration.
