my modem, dvd, cd, audio wont work after installing Windows 2000 pro

hello

i need a little help i installed Windows 2000 Pro onto a Compact Presario 5000
and the Modem, DVD, CD or Audio/ audio mixer doesn't work please help me fix this thanks

Are your Modem, and Auido on the motherboard? If so it sounds like you need to load your mobo drivers. That is probably the case for your DVD and CD drives. Have you loaded drivers found on the manufacturer's website?

i cant get on the net with that computer the modem cant be found everything is hooked up to the motherboard do you know were i can get the drivers this problem is kicking my aass :blackeye:
