My MP3 Player is not working?

Hi guys i have an usb mp3 player (Meijin mr-830), I have pluged to my pc then i have format it, not it is not playing and not recording, when i try to play it is switching off..

please help! what should i do now?

What file format did you use, most usb storage devices seem to profer fat32 and not ntfs.

I have used Fat32, i think, it was storing the firmware program in same driver, when i have formated all gone. Now i do not have the cd to upgrade it, and i have searche from internet and i couldn't find the official web site for that...
