I don't know anyone named ASP.NET Machine A... [sic] but they have an account on my XP Pro machine.
The account is a limited account and password-protected. It doesn't appear on the welcome screen with the others and it doesn't have a folder in C:\Documents and Settings.
I tried visiting www.asp.net and, as I expected, it was about ASP.NET. As far as I can tell it's a legitimate part of the Windows platform, but I still just want someone to confirm that.
ASP.NET is, according to the site, a web hosting-related application. I don't have a website, so why is it on my computer if I've never downloaded/installed it? Could someone else be using my computer to host their site?
