Need help!AVG Antispyware log. & HJT log. posted!

Could someone help me?
What should i do now?
I have followed all instructions before!

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Safety Bar

Close control panel.

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {67270207-b9ee-4d26-9270-860fdb060ca1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ixt0.dll (file missing)

O3 - Toolbar: Safety Bar - {fbea0445-4c4a-4136-864a-c72a4a182a84} - C:\Programme\Safety Bar\SafetyBar.dll (file missing)

O18 - Filter: text/html - (no CLSID) - (no file)

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or directories(if there).

C:\Programme\Safety Bar<Delete the entire folder.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Reboot your system.

Other than the above, your HJT log is clean.
