Need help with finding a graphics card

I have had my computer since 2003 and haven't touched the inside ever. So everything is all stock. The processor is an HP Pavilion a255c. The power supply is a Bestec ATX*250-122 Rev D My graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X.

I'm trying to be able to run World of warcraft pretty smoothly. I did add a stick of RAM to my computer a few days ago so I now have 1.5 gigs of Ram.

My question is, is there a video card that will help the performance without having to change the power supply.

but if i do have to change the power supply, what kind will my computer support?

Ill help you out here man, since you are running an agp slot, it might require a power source more than what you currently have. I need you to tell me the amount of watts you currently have on your power supply.

I'm pretty sure it's only 250 watts. there are other watts that are on the label but that one is the one i think my power supply is

Also...it has to be compatible with DDR. I was told anything like DDR1 or DDR2 won't work on my comp

It will work. You need a better PSU to run a better graphics card. The memory is completely separate from your system ram.
