Need to buy a pci card to get cable TV. HELP :)

[COLOR=Navy]I have cable internet only... My friend said you can get a pci card with I guess a cable output and connect it to your Tv and there you would get basic or better cable tv.. You are talking about getting cable TV without paying? If you have not signed a contract with the cable company saying that you can watch their channels then what you are trying to do is plain illegal.
