New Card issues

I got a gt610 recently and I put it in my dell pc and I have two moniters one into my new card and one into the old one (intel) I have a issue where my computer when using the new card two minutes into my game then both screens turn off and the one plugged into the intel turns on and becomes the main while the first stays off(the new card)

any help the power supply is 520 watt

What are the specs for the computer (make and model of: Motherboard / Processor / Power Supply / etc) or what is the make and model of the computer (if its pre-built from a store)?
Have you tried connecting both monitors up to the GT 610 and disabling the Integrated Intel Graphics?
