New sata hard drive problem cant remember how to bring online

i have many sata drives in my comp
just added another and cant remember how to bring it online
when i go to disk manager it shows up but sais offline and missing
can anyone help

How many SATA drive do you have? So the drive can't be formatted? Is it seen in the bios along with all the other SATA drives?
