No Sound-Cant download any realtek hd audio

I accidentally deleted my realtek hd audio while I was cleaning my computer downloads, I am trying to redownload but there is always an error [Error Code : 0x00000005] I don't know what is happening please help thanks

Can you take a screenshot of what is under the "Sound, video and game controller" tab in device manager? That will better help to diagnose the issue. If you need help getting to device manager, just respond and I will tell you how to.
