No sound on laptop and all known methods fail to fix it

Can you run some memtests (windows built-in), chkdsk (it's new HDD, but to be sure), and run some RAM stress test on Prime95.

Together with your video issue and blue-screen, it almost looks like a RAM or HDD problem (Im leaning towards RAM).

Two more suggestions. It's not a standard audio set up and I think it's worth looking at the manual for the laptop to see if it gives any useful advice or even screenshots of what you should be seeing when you are in audio properties. They can usually be downloaded if you haven't a copy available. Your notebook originally had Vista installed and that just might have a bearing on this. Microsoft release driver updates via Windows Update so see if anything relevant is showing up for the Conexant sound device.

I'm thinking that a hardware problem is most likely though.

Didn't have the problem for 2 days and now it's here again. I guess I am going to deal with it and go with no sound. I don't have money for repairs and such. I barely got enough to replace the harddisk. Whatever I don't even know what's the problem. Half of you say hardware problem the other half think my drivers are crap. I got a comment for MOB which I have no idea what it is. Basically f*ck this I can deal with it until I pulverize my laptop to the ground from anger.

EDIT: Wanted to try something out and when having sound I heated up my laptop by running a few games simultaniously and the sound stopped. I waited for it to cool and the sound was back. So if it stops when it's overheated what does it mean? Which part is f*cked up?
Oh and this thing what the hell causes this thing that appears for the first few seconds of every youtube video I run and then dissappears

Check my post above, and the one saying motherboard may be faulty. I really do think you have some other problems here causing this.

If your laptop sound is cutting out when hot, it could mean the motherboard is screwed (faulty soldering on it, when heated it loses contact).

Laptops don't last long and yours is quite old. It's surprising that you are not finding any raised temperatures but hardware problems are still a strong possibility. The notebook came with Vista 32 bit and you have installed Windows 7 64 bit. I think of 64 bit systems as requiring more ram than 32 bit OS's system but it may not be so simple as that. I'd be wary of spending any more money on this laptop. A motherboard replacement is not likely to be economic.
