Norton & SP2 issues

I currently have a small LAN running through a hub. One computer is a SP1 machine and the other is a SP2 machine. Every comp can ping each other, see each other but sharing resources only can be done from the SP2 machine to the SP1 machine and not vice versa. Norton internet security is running, windows firewall is disabled, norton firewall exception rules is set to see the SP1 machine as trusted. Error message when trying to acces resources on SP2 machine - See network administrator, user rights is a problem etc. Any ideas ?
