at any time I am doing something this screen will just pop up and tell me to disable any anti-virus software I am running, which I have none, and then I reboot and it works fine for awhile again and then the error message pops up out of no where, sometimes I can go for along time with this message not appearing, and soemtimes right at startup it does this, any solutions?

That error is a good indication that either your hard disk or memory is going bad.
I recommend you run your manufacturer's hard drive diagnostics (you can download them from their website) and if that passes... Run memtest from www.memtest86.com
I'm sure it is possible that it something else (bad cable, software problems etc..), but this is far less likely.
