Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT mystery error

Hey guys

So i have had a Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT for a while now, and it's worked fine until a few days ago. When i try to turn my monitor on it says that i am not getting a signal. i have tried 2 monitors and i can still use the inboard graphics card to see what's on my monitor although most of the files for it's use are gone.

if anyone could give me some hints on if it's the graphics card, the mobo, or the PCI-e slot, I'd really appreciate the help.

Can you give the rest of your system's specs?

Also, if you have another computer with a PCI-e slot, try the video card in it and see if it works there, or put a different video card into your current computer.
