My only problem, so far, is that my comp is detecting my 500GB HDD as having 123GB... I formatted it using NTFS, so it shouldn't be doing that... should it?
Neway, I'm running Chkdsk, and it's taking an awful long time to verify free space, (which doesn't surprise me,.... considering)
Minus this one small problem, I really can't believe that nothing else has gone wrong on my first build.
( :D Time to update my specs)
EDIT:
O also, since I just installed the OS two hours ago (Why do people keep saying it takes days to install XP?) I will probably be updating this soon.

Assuming its a fairly new motherboard (newer than about 2001) I'd say your size recognition problem is because you have XP (SP0) rather than XP SP2 which could deal with larger sizes. If this is the case, then I would suggest creating a smaller partition for XP, say 20-30 gigs, and leaving the rest unpartitioned. Then boot into windows, upgrade to SP2, and then partition and format the rest as you see fit through device manager.

Post back if you have concerns with what I said.
