Opinions needed on my build

I would like some honest opinions on the parts I have chosen, I have done lots of research and I'm hoping everything is a good choice.

I am NOT a gamer, this machine will be used for normal everyday computing, running VMWare/Vbox, possible video editing in the future, multi-tasking, photoshop, and the occasional movie rip.

Looks like a pretty solid build you have there.

The only thing I could critique is that the power supply is a little bit overkill, but if you want to upgrade in the future then it's a nice thing to have. So really, great build!

Thanks! I did have a 550 watt picked out, but I don't want to buy another PSU down the road so 750 should be enough for whatever I do since I don't game at all.
