Page fault in Non paged Area when executing one application

Sorry to ask this question again. But I have no where to ask now.
Whenever I try to execute my vb application, its gives me a BSOD and memory gets dumped. I am sharing my dmp files, will you please please look at it and tell me whats the error???

Rmfinr.sys is noted, but I can't find anything on this driver. Have you checked your memory and hard drive for errors?

Sorry for the late reply! I tried changing my RAM slots. That didn't help. Its a server with 5 hard disks configured in RAID 5.
The problem occurs when ever I execute VB stand-alone application. Soon after 3-4 seconds the page fault in non-paged area screen appears.
If there is any solution to it or any information you may need please help.

I do not want to format my server just because of this issue.
Note: There's a need of opening VB application.
