Partitioning HDD with Win 98 CD

I just got a new Hdd 20GB that needs to be partitioned,my old HDD I just buried. The problem is I have'nt done this in yrs and quite frankly I forgot how to do it. I'd like to partition it into two volumes C_D or have it one drive either way is fine. I could use some help on how to proceed. The CD is bootable I've used it before never used a diskette. Need Help

This is not very complicated but there are several steps to this procedure. If you have not already partitioned the hdd, I would suggest you look up this website which I have found helpful:
