Password breaker please

before my boyfriend left for the army he gave me his laptop last minute and we totally forgot about the password. i can only turn it on and go to the welcome screen. does anyone know how to delete the password?? please help.. theres no way to get in contact with my love and its the closest thing i have to him besides pictures

Unfortunately due to the fact that we cannot confirm your identity (that you actually own the laptop) and also the nature of your purposes we cannot help you in deleting the password.

Even if you have good intentions, other people with 'not so good' intentions can stumble upon this thread and use it in a way that Techspot would not like to be associated with.

I would suggest you take it into the nearest computer repair shop, they will be able to assist you in getting around your issue
