PC blue screen error

My desktop recently get blue screen error (physical memory dump)

On the blue screen, it said that:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Technical information

Begining dump of physical memory.

After i restart my pc, it pop out error

Pc details:
Intel D102GGC2
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Cpu 3.20GHz
2x muskin enhanced basic ddr2-5300 (1gb 667MHz DIMM)
nvidia geforce 8500 GT
windows xp sp3

I have test my 2 ram with memtest86+
it seems there is no errors

tcpip error maybe is from my bit-torrent application?
i already format my windows but still the same happening :O
i using azureus / vuze and i have been using for years
it only start happen the bsod since yesterday
and the weird is some time it didnt come out the bsod
rather then it auto shut down my azureus / vuze
well it not just azureus / vuze, some other application also occur

hmm, i duno why,
i change my ram with 2x kingstone 1gb 667mhz ddr2
now the problem gone.
but my another desktop is also the same brand with this one
just different in ghz.. the one has problem is 3.20, another is 2.80
any1 can explain what happening?
