PC restarting many times

I`m having a problem with my PC when i switch it on it keeps restarting before it reaches the log in screen like 10+ times , till it reaches the log in screen then Sometimes when i`m browsing the Internet or playing games it restarts without any reasons.

I had this problem before and i changed my RAM and it was working without any problems then from 2 months it starts again and some times i got a blue screen , some time a black blank screen with my Monitor power indicator flashes like it is when the PC is Turned off.

And when i click on Football manager 2007 it restarts (This is the only App that when i click on it my PC restarts Immediately)

Also i got this Msg 2 times

512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Bus Clock: 100 megahertz

with 2 HDD each is 80 GB

ASUS CRW-5232AX [CD-ROM drive]

Win XP Sp2

RADEON 9250

- I have finished MemTest with no Errors.

So what shall i do ?

This is a problem caused by your sound driver. Have you updated any drivers lately? This is an Advance Logic sound card driver issue

no i haven`t update any drivers.

also today when i try to play PES6 after installing latest Windows updates i get this Msg

no i don`t have it my sound card is built in

also today when i woke up and switched on my PC i got this blue page 3 times with different errors

First I would run Windows file checker - insert OS disk on startup- Google MS site.

I finished formatting my C:and installed windows , but i can`t log in the PC restarts right before the welcome screen i`m now in the safe mode and i don`t know what to do ?
