PC shuts down after the beep

When i start my PC it shuts down after the beep.

Can someone help me??

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus A7V333
RAM: 128 & 512 CLS 2.5 PC2700
CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2000+
PSU: Chieftec 340 Watt
HDD: 200 GB Samsung 133 ATA & 200 GB Maxtor 133 ATA
