Pci Performance Analysis

Would this PCI graphics card be suitable for playing most games at lowest settings, GBA and N64 emulation, and give my system a performance boost?
(Note: As I have said before, System #1 only has PCI Slots, and that's the one I'm trying to upgrade...)

Yes, it would be suitable. Decent PCI cards are getting hard to come by, especially one's with 256MB of memory. Newegg doesn't carry them anymore. I did find one for less at TigerDirect if you want to order one.

Okay, now here's another question: using eXtreme OuterVision's PSU calculator, I found out that, with my 250W PSU, at max capacity up to 237W of power would be used w/ the graphics card. My question is, if I overclock this card (which I intend to do), will I kill my PSU?
