Peripherals loses power

My pc is more than 5 years old and recently my both speakers + headphone are having random static. I just shake the cables sometimes and it became fine. Then sometimes my keyboard loses power too, I just wait 10 secs and it work fine again.

So I was wondering whats the problem, is it the parts they attached to is failing or my stuff are bad.

Sounds like bad cables. Worse case would be bad connectors on the PC itself

I would suspect its bad connectors, I dont believe my peripherals are 1/2 dead at once. IF its bad connectors, how to I fix it?

Most of my computers are closer to 10 years old and I have had to replace all my peripherals at least once. Many years of flexing cables seems to be the real issue - unavoidable.

Borrow known good peripherals and try them - if the problem goes away, buy replacements - if not, you may have to replace something much more expensive.
