Phone and Modem Options is a No Go

phone and modem options not opening and i really need to get in there,
any quick fixes will save my ***, because i dont want to have to do a fresh
install, thatll really suck, will windows repair work?

so im currently running the windows repair and its been saying 34 mins remaining for about an hour! what is up!

What phone tools program are you using? I don't think Windows repair will fix it anyway. It is usually a separate program, like BVRP Phone Tools.
