Yesterday, I was surfing some websites and suddenly my norton alerted me that I have some malware called dialer.generic. It seems the file it is coming from is cool.exe which is from my system32 folder. I deleted cool.exe, however the dialer.generic thing still comes up! i have installed my other anti-spyware softare like spybot, adaware, xoftspy and ewido, and they alert me about this but after i quarantine it, it still alerts me about this half an hour later. Can someone please help me how to get rid of this!
