    Your logs are clean- malware is not what's causing the slowdown.

    Please tell me how much RAM you have installed.

    The symptoms you describe sound more like some problem with your ISP and/or internet connection. Can you be more specific?

    I have 2 GB of RAM. The problem is gone today. That's wierd...

    That should be enough RAM. the fact that it has resolved today most surely puts the problem with the ISP.
