Boot into safe mode. See how

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how
HERE.
Open your task manager, by pressing the ctrl/alt/delete keys together.
Click on the processes tab, and end process for(if there).

ibm00757.exe
Close task manager.
Run HJT with no other programmes open, and have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=explorer.exe "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00761.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Shell] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00757.exe"
O15 - Trusted Zone:
http://ny.contentmatch.net (HKLM)
Fix all 016 DPF entries.
O23 - Service: Webroot Spy Sweeper Engine (svcWRSSSDK) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\WRSSSDK.exe (file missing)
Now click on the fix checked button.
Close HJT.
Locate and delete the following bold files(if there).
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\
ibm00761.exe
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\
ibm00757.exe
Reboot into normal mode.
