Pop up will not go away

I have spy sweeper and trend micro security pro on computer and I am still getting pops ups and viruses I do not know why. here is my hi jack this file to see if there is something wrong. Please Help

FireDancer2013, I suggest you go to here. It is the Virus/Malware/Spyware preliminary removal instructions. Check it out, but they will require you download alot of stuff including Panda anti-root kit, Combofix (Which successfully changed my system clock to 24 hour and never set it back so I live on military/everywhere but the U.S.A time) HJT, which you already have, and they will also recommend AVG anti-spyware trial version, a choice of firewall, and AVG anti-virus free edition.
