Power supply problem

Hi, my power supply recently stopped working after 8 years (2003, Quad-Core, Windows XP computer).

I bought a new power supply, and I think I plugged in everything correctly, and where it goes (couldn't find a tutorial specific for a model of this tower), but when I get to a screen where at the bottom it says:

Jerifying DMI Pool Data . . . . . . . . . . .
Boot from CD :
Boot from CD :

Instead of booting up, below the second "Boot from CD :" it says:

"DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER"

I'm nearly 100% sure this is because I screwed up something with the power supply plugs. Any help would be appreciated

nevermind. I found that the power supply did not include a SATA hard drive connector. Any ideas where I can get an extension? Like the connector on 1 side but a 4 pin connector on the other side?
