Powercolor HD 4890 Model Question

Hi everyone!

Was just wondering if anyone could point out the differences between these 2 Powercolor HD 4890 models:

Are there any benefits of using one over the other?

Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

Just the cooling apparatus, no big difference as far as I can tell. Which ever is cheaper would be my choice, but if they are the same price, I would use the non-reference model and hope they made a different model because it's marginally better. It also looks less bulky, something I appreciate.
