Problems adding new programs

I tried downloading the lates updates for spybot search & destroy the they had a red x on them and said bad selection or something like that, when I tride to run the immunization it said that I needed administrator access but Im on my administrator profile, when I try to install new programes it dose the same thing that I need to be a administrator to do it. can somebody help me please

Try creating a new Administrator account installing a program from there.

(especially in Vista)
Right click the Icon for Spybot S&D > Run As Administrator. Enter through the admin privilages and you should be set.
