Processes need help knowing what to close

I have 50 processes running on my new computer, and I'm worried it may effect the performance of my computer, I was wondering any programs to tell me all the processes and services running, background and everything, which ones I could close or leave, or if I could post a hjt log and you could help me out, just a possibility :-/, thanks for your time.

People should stop abusing HJT as a cure-all.
Rather, you should take the finger out, and do some work yourself on Google or on these forums and search for processes and services!
