PS2 Gallop Racer 2006

I am a very big fan of horse racing and when I recieved the PS2 game: Gallop Racer 2006, I thought this will be great fun!
But then I realized the races are going the "wrong way".

In all the reviews I have read, no one says anthing about the fact that the horses are running in the "wrong" direction!!!
Even when you are supposedly running at American Race Tracks, they are running "counter clockwise".

Does anyone have any ideas or opinion about this???

No offense, but does it really matter which direction the horses are racing in? In my opinion, a race is a race, no matter the conditions of the terrain, environment, or the direction the contestants travel in.

No offense taken. But yes it matters very much. It is advertised as a "Realistic" video game.
