Radeon 9700 and 9800 PRO TV-Out problems

Hi.
A while ago my Crucial Radeon 9700 Pro started acting up while in tv-out.
The screen was flickering and the colors got distorted.

I sent it back to where I bought it and they sent me a new Crucial 9800 Pro... it worked for about a day until the very same error occured.

Does anyone know what can be the problem?

Hi, sorry i can't help you with your 9700/9800pro problem...but!! I have a radeon 9800 se all in wonder and i cant seem to be able to use the TV function. I have a standard TV areial which i put into the back of my comp but when i try to run my tv function i wont work, any suggestions as to how i should set it up? Can i even use a standard areial? Would appreciate your suggestions

I have the 9800 Pro All-in-wonder. Make sure you run the TV settings wizard that comes bundled with the tv tuner program, installing just the Catalyst drivers won't do. Also, make sure you select the correct TV signal format, If you're not in the US it will most likely be something other than NTSC. Hope this helps.
