Ram not being used

Specs are
P5B Deluxe
Nvidia 8800gtx
Core 2 quad q6600
6 gigs of 800mhz ram

I recently got 64 bit vista ultimate which I have heard can support up to 128gbs of ram, when I got Vista installed I also got an extra 4gbs of ram which in total gave me 6gbs.

When I go into system info and cpu-z it shows me that I do have 6 gigs of ram

When I go into task manager and look at a sidebar app it shows that I am only using 5054mbs of ram

Is there anything I can do to use what I paid for or did I waste money?

there's no problem. You ram will be used by various programs. Even if you ran every app, I hardly doubt you'll go over 4gb usage unless running intensive video or mapping programs.... relax and don't worry.
