RAM usage Win 8.1

Hey guys, I'd like to ask what's normal RAM usage in win 8.1 in idle with no open apps. Thanks

My Windows 10 ram used at idle is 14% Have you checked what your task manager says? Right-click on the start window in the bottom left. Select Task Manager to open it. I have 16GB of RAM installed

Actually I wanted to close this thread but couldn't find an actual option to do it. Anyways I had an issue with too much RAM being used while in idle & no apps running. Then I realised I switched on rapid function on my samsung SSD and it apparently eats up gig to gig'n'half. BTW my rig has 16 gigs of ram but idle use is roughly 9%.
